A little about me…

I'm Letitia and I’m thrilled you stopped by!

As a ministry leader, speaker, writer, and podcast host based in North Carolina, my life’s work is shaped by faith, family, and purpose. I’m originally from Ohio, and today I enjoy life with my husband and our young adult son. My calling, my family, and my faith shape the work I do as I serve, teach, and encourage women to grow in spiritual maturity.

Licensed as a Missionary in the Church of God in Christ (COGIC), my service in our local congregation includes co‑leading the Missionary Circle, serving on the teaching team for Sunday School, and facilitating the Christian Doctrine segment of our New Members Class. I’m passionate about leadership—learning it, living it, and helping others grow in it—especially within ministry spaces where women are seeking direction and spiritual grounding.

Professionally, I work in higher education philanthropy, connecting generosity with impact. Alongside my career, I share spiritual encouragement, leadership insights, and practical wisdom for women through my writing and the Rooted & Overflowing podcast.

When I’m not working or serving, you’ll usually find me listening to music or podcasts, taking a walk, trying out a new recipe, or spending time with family and friends.
